Andrew Zheng is the Vice President of Unique Wood Floors and brings over 20 years of experience in the wood flooring business. He combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience to help guide the company’s continued growth across Minnesota. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Andrew has played a key role in expanding his family’s business into a multi-location flooring company recognized for craftsmanship, product expertise, and customer-focused service.
Andrew is focused on modernizing the flooring experience by integrating digital tools, improving project workflows, and developing welcoming showroom environments. Homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors can confidently explore hardwood, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl flooring options while receiving clear guidance and dependable installation standards. His goal is to make the flooring process straightforward, transparent, and educational while maintaining the personalized service the company is known for.
He is actively involved in builder networks and flooring industry associations, developing partnerships that introduce premium domestic and international flooring products to the Twin Cities. Through curated product collections and exclusive dealership relationships, Andrew helps connect high-quality flooring manufacturers with local homeowners, builders, and design professionals.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing pickleball and traveling with his family. He values continuous learning, strong professional relationships, and building teams that create long-term value for clients and the community.
