Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want you to shop confidently. We always try to ensure our products are represented as accurately as possible online and in the showroom. However, we understand that sometimes the samples can be difficult in representing the entirety of a box of wood. All regular inventory items are eligible for full order return within 7 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee will be waived. Customer is responsible for transportation costs, promotional shipping rate will not apply on the return freight and must be quoted on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this offer, we kindly ask these 3 criteria are met:

  • Item must be fit for resale, installed products will not be eligible for this offer
  • Item must be regular inventory, special order or custom orders will not be eligible for this offer
  • Order must be returned in full according to the original invoice, partial returns will not qualify for this offer

For quality-related reasons Unique Wood Floors reserves the rights to hire 3rd party inspection, in the rare circumstance, a product is found to be defective we will cover all transit-related costs and provide 100% money-back guarantee or replacement of the product at an equal value.

Return Policy

Products marked as “Stock Item” in their original packaging are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns with the exception of the Satisfaction Guarantee full order returns. Customers are responsible for transportation costs back to the specific warehouse address. Contact a representative to find details based on your order. This policy excludes Close Out or Discontinued products.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 days of receiving your product at our warehouse. Products will be fully inspected to ensure they are suitable for resale.

Non-Refundable Items

Products & Accessories which are special order may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged upon placing the order. We strive to provide quick prompt service on placing your special order products; therefore these custom products will not be eligible for a refund once the order is placed.

Opened boxes may not be eligible for a refund because each box is carefully packaged to ensure the moisture content, length specifications, and product variance is suitable for future installation.

Once a product has been installed or used, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. According to industry standards, installation warrants acceptance. It is the installer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the flooring and ensure the homeowner is satisfied with the look and feel of the product prior to installation.

If the wood flooring is found to have over 5% allotted defect for natural products, please do not continue install and call us at 952-994-9696 immediately. We understand the urgency of your project and will happily assist with any defect related issues promptly to avoid delaying your project.

Return Instructions

If you need to return an item, please fill out our returns form. Be sure to note the item you are returning. Upon receiving your return form, a representative will personally contact you to assist in authorizing a return within 1-2 business days.
